The Twilio error code 30007 occurs when your messages are filtered by Twilio or by your carrier. There is a handful of reasons why this filtering (blocking) may happen. For instance, this happens with the wireless carrier if the carrier's rules and regulations are violated, or Twilio, if the Messaging Policy or Acceptable User Policy was violated. Some example scenarios are when spamming or phishing occurs.
To resolve the error mentioned above, you must ensure that your message complies with Twilio's Messaging Policy and Acceptable User Policy and keep your Twilio account credentials safe to prevent fraud and hostile takeovers by different parties.
If there seems to be a mistake and your message complies with all the policies and guidelines, then you can open a support request with 3 "undelivered" filtered message SIDs.
